If you are reading this because you have emailed us and not received a response within 24 hours then you need to speak to your ISP / email provider about your issue. We can do nothing if your ISP / Email Provider uses aggressive filtering. Please make sure that you check all spam / bulk mail folders even if our emails have never gone into that folder before. This includes folders on your webmail, many ISP's do not deliver bulk email via POP3.
Alternatively use a Google Mail, Yahoo Mail or one of the other free email providers to contact us.
