Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with Show Presenter. That's why you can try it free for 15 days before you buy, and why you can still change your mind after buying.

14 days to change your mind

If you ask within 14 days of buying Show Presenter, you'll get a full refund, whatever the reason. You don't need to explain why.

How to ask for a refund

Show Presenter is sold through Paddle, which handles refunds for us:

• go to paddle.net, find your order using the email address you bought with, and ask for a refund there; or
• email us at support@sax-n-dotty.co.uk with the email address you bought with, and we'll arrange it.

The refund goes back to the way you paid. It's normally processed within a few days, but your bank or card provider may take longer to show it.

What happens to your licence

Once a purchase is refunded, its licence key stops working. Show Presenter notices the next time it checks the licence and goes back to how it is when it isn't registered. Your songs, history and settings stay on your PC.

After 14 days

If you'd like a refund after 14 days, please get in touch: we'll look at each request fairly. If Show Presenter is faulty or not as described, you also have legal rights as a consumer, which this policy doesn't affect.
