I've bought Show Presenter. Where's my licence key?

It's shown on screen as soon as you've paid, and emailed to you as well. If the email hasn't arrived, look in your spam or junk folder. Still can't find it? Email us with the order number from Paddle's receipt.

How do I register Show Presenter with my key?

Make sure you have the latest version (see Download). In Show Presenter, go to Options, then Register. Paste your key and press Register.

I bought Show Presenter before there were licence keys.

You don't need to buy it again. Install the latest version over the top, go to Options, Register, and press I bought it before... Type the order number from your order email and the email address you bought it with, and press Get my key. If your copy is already registered with its order number, it keeps working as it is.

I want to move Show Presenter to a new PC.

On the old PC, go to Options, Register and press Deregister this PC. That frees up your licence, so you can register the new PC with the same key. If the old PC is broken or gone, email us and we'll free it up for you.

Windows or my browser warns me about the download.

The installer is signed by Digital Entertainer Limited. A new version can still be "not commonly downloaded" for a few days after it comes out. Choose Keep (or More info, then Run anyway) to carry on.

Show Presenter says Winamp isn't installed.

Show Presenter plays your songs through Winamp, so it needs Winamp 2.7 or later (not Winamp 3), free from winamp.com. If you've installed Winamp somewhere other than its usual place, go to Options and set the Winamp Path to the folder it's in.

Where has Import gone?

Importing your songs is on the main screen: it's the button with an I on it.
